  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and service requirements.

  • You agree to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to the scheduled service time.

6. Warranty

  • We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days of the service date, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayou Magic Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from or related to the use of our website or services.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
